With the help and blessing of Allah, the scientific discussion of the master’s thesis submitted by the student Badour Salman Khairy Mohammed, Department of Oral Surgery, College of Dentistry, University of Anbar, was held on Monday, 18 May 2026. The thesis was entitled:

“Stability of Immediate Implant Grafted with Xenograft and Hyaluronic Acid versus Xenograft with Platelet Rich Fibrin: A Clinical and Radiographic Comparative Study.”

The thesis addressed a clinical and radiographic study evaluating the stability of immediate dental implants through the addition of xenograft bone substitute combined with hyaluronic acid in one group, and platelet-rich fibrin in another group.

The study demonstrated the effectiveness of hyaluronic acid in increasing bone density after 24 weeks and reducing marginal bone resorption.

The discussion committee consisted of the following members:

After an extensive discussion by the examination committee members, the thesis was accepted.
