 Citizen Affairs Unit Tasks and Duties

 
1. Receive citizens (faculty members, employees, students, and external auditors), listen to their requests or complaints, and refer them to the relevant authority after presenting them to the relevant officials.
 
2. Receive all requests addressed to the Dean for his opinion.
 
3. Directly supervise the organization of interviews for the Dean.
 
4. Enter citizens' requests electronically into the e-Government program using the form available on the Ministry's website.
 
5. Contact citizens regarding the action taken regarding their request or complaint via phone, email, or visit.
 
6. Contact the entity responsible for implementing the request.
