The College of Dentistry Council held its sixth open session for the 2025–2026 academic year on Thursday, 30/4/2026, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Khudair Al-Rawi, with the attendance of all Council members and the representative of the academics. The Council also hosted Dr. Marwa Al-Tayyar, Director of the Specialized Dental Center in Ramadi, to discuss ways to continue cooperation between the academic side of the College and the technical side of the Anbar Health Directorate.

At the beginning of the session, the Dean welcomed all attendees and reviewed the directives and recommendations issued by the University President during the latest University Council meeting, emphasizing the need to adhere to them and implement their content in a way that contributes to advancing the College’s academic and administrative progress.

The session was primarily dedicated to reviewing the requirements for completing program accreditation, its documentation, and finalizing the mechanisms for submitting it to the Ministerial Accreditation Council, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Ilham Hazim, Head of the Quality Assurance Division, along with the officials of the four units within the division.

The session also addressed the instructions for final examinations and their schedules, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Taha, Head of the Examination Committee.
